Ponder
this scenario... -You
are the parent of a young child or several
children.
-You are waiting with your kids in a
restaurant while the bus-boy wipes down your
table.
Have you
ever seen that towel? It can
almost be guaranteed he does not change this towel between
tables.
Now ask yourself: -Does that same
bacteria/E.Coli carrying wet rag that is used to clean
multiple tables get used to clean high chair
trays?
-Does the bus-boy care enough about the spread
of bacteria to change rags between tables, and before cleaning
every high chair tray?
You may be thinking, “Not a big deal, I don’t eat
off the table! And my
silverware is placed on a napkin.”
But…..
A Parent knows:
 |
-A
young toddler will spill food on the tray and most
likely pick it up with his/her hands and eat
it.
-This food has now become contaminated with
the same bacteria that is in the bus-boy’s rag.
